Partha has over 30 years of hands-on experience of managing various Commercial and Operational roles in some of the finest FMCG and Pharmaceutical Companies, both Indian and Multinational. He has worked with Colgate Palmolive, Britannia Industries and Pfizer Limited. During his stints in these organizations he has worked across different functions, complex projects, significant change agendas and mergers and acquisitions
The last 14 years of his career were in Leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Market Access and Field Force Effectiveness functions at Pfizer India, where he also headed the Business Unit comprised of Primary Care and Women’s Health Care Businesses with full P&L responsibility for a combined business of over Rs 1500 Crs pa.
During his career, Partha had first-hand experience of working across India and also in Nepal, Bangladesh and Srilanka. He also dealt with some of the largest institutional buyers in India and neighboring countries both Govt and Private.
Partha is a Post Graduate in Business Economics from Delhi University and has done an Executive Program in Strategic Management from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. He is a certified NLP practitioner and has been trained to be a Coach from an ICF empaneled institution.
Partha has the advantage of hardcore organizational experience from grass-root to leadership levels across different industries and across various commercial functions. He has driven several change agendas, organizational up-sizing and down-sizing exercises and integration of business and people during mergers and acquisitions.
Partha specializes in Strategic Business Consultancy, Organizational Effectiveness and Structuring. He also designs behavioral training for senior managers and conducts Coaching & Mentoring for executives at CEO minus 1/2 level. His clients include companies in India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
Probal has 30+ years of extensive hands-on techno-business experience. He spent 15+years in manufacturing industry (Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Production) with large Indian MNCs and then an equal 15+ years in technology (SAP Functional Consulting, Delivery & Program Management) with global IT giants. He handled large transformation programs across countries and cultures (India, US, South America, Singapore) and across industry verticals (Steel, Mines, Minerals, Cement, Paper and Pulp, Electronic, IT services etc)
Probal’s domain expertise covers Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Vendor Development, E-procurement, Supply Chain and logistics. His IT expertise includes leading large global programs in the areas of IT Strategy mapping, IT and Business Transformations, ERP (SAP) Implementations, IT Operations, IT Service Delivery
Probal is an Engineer (NIT); a PMP certified in (PMPMG) program management SME; has hands-on experience in CMMI, ISO, Tata Business Excellence Model – TBEM (Malcolm Balridge Business Excellence Model); and an avid Rotarian of 24 years. He is known for his passion about Digital Disruption
Shilbhadra completed his graduation from Jadavpur University (Engg), post-graduation from IIM-Calcutta and professional training (SAP consulting) from SAP, US.
He held leadership positions – regional and global – with IBM, PwC, CMC. He led several Technology enabled business transformation engagements in India, US, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, where he played diverse roles – engagement leader, techno-business consultant, pre- sales and marketing SME, business unit head, Practice Leader etc. He also worked as part of IBM CIO’s global leadership that helped him hone in-house-IT skills
His techno-business Digital Advisory expertise covers the full lifecycle of digital transformation – strategy, design and implement, support, audit and business continuity, digital capacity building. He is an expert in Program Governance, Change Management and Training, IT-Partner-Vendor Management and has a strong CXO-level Board room presence.
