We use our proprietary JIG-SAW Methodology (see picture) for these assignments. The methodology is designed in a modular fashion – client has the option to pick and choose any of the service components in any order, depending on the client’s digital maturity. Hence the name JIG-SAW

It has been observed that in majority of the implementations, the client fails to leverage the complete potential of their investment due to inadequate user knowledge about the system features and how to use. We conduct Need assessment, prepare capability building plan, and actually help implement the system of training – Content Creation, Training software implementation, Target Audience selection, Training Delivery. This activity is customized per the need of different sub-sections of users

Present Assignments

The client is an Indian Steel PSU. They recently implemented SAP – across all their business functions and operations – in of their state of the art, integrated steel plant that has an annual capacity of around 2.5 million tonnes. They were earlier using multiple isolated legacy systems and this was their first foray into an integrated, on-line, cloud based s/w. The project also involved large scale business process redesign, change management, data migration (legacy to SAP) and external entity interfaces
As part of his assignment, one of our founder leaders led the entire process of program management. This involved project inception (business case, budget, timeline, scope), infrastructure procurement (RFP, vendor evaluation), implementation partner appointment (assessment, selection, contract), program control, process walk through and sign-offs, testing, acceptance, training and change management, go-live and support
His was a one man team and he worked hands-on into the assignment along with the client team (also trained, coached, mentored the client team) to a very successful go-live

  1. Script, validate and introduce Operational Policies & Procedures for a multinational Pharmaceutical company starting operations in India for Regulatory Compliance and Internal Controls
  2. Automation of Sales Operations of an Indian Pharma Company with back-end analytics and reports for improved Salesforce efficiency & effectiveness
  3. Complete product portfolio revamp with retraining and redeployment of field force in line with the new portfolio for an Indian Pharma Company
  4. Business Strategy including contemporization of Product Portfolio for a Bangladeshi Pharma Company. The project included in-depth market study to identify treatment gaps and market opportunities for identification of new products. The scope of this project was further extended to finalization of toll manufacturing terms, marketing and field force training for product launches

One of our founder leaders is working as a technology advisor to a large Indian MNC in Hospitality and Education The client has 10+ education campuses and 2 star category hotel properties in India, UK and Thailand. They are now foraying into the digital world through a newly formed business unit.
The assignment scope is setting-up the digital venture – an AI based education platform comprising admission marketplace; customized career counseling and on demand-online courses

Digismart is working with a leading Healthcare provider in India. The client (an US based NRI group) has 2 hospitals with 1200+ bed fully equipped in-doors, large comprehensive OPDs, testing laboratories and employs a large pool of senior doctors and other healthcare staff. They have a good market share in Eastern India, especially Calcutta
The mission of the project is to enable the client to reach out to the large hinterland of Calcutta (Eastern, NE states, Bangladesh) in terms of providing quality healthcare access by leveraging technology.
This project is a joint venture of DigiSmart and a reputed US based provider of telemedicine platforms, services, and solutions
We are enabling the client through a customized digital platform (comprised of healthcare software, video conference facility and document management) that would give the patients a seamless real-life doctor consultation experience while sitting at their own location. The software also works as the transaction interface to the channel partners at the NE states and Bangladesh

As part of the e-Capacity Building Exercise, Government of India has embarked upon a very ambitious project of educating the stakeholders (govt officials and other agencies)
One of our founder leaders (on behalf of the principal consultant) conducts regular educations sessions in the areas of e-governance, Program Management, project evaluation, PPP model of program execution, project financials, project control etc. The target audience is senior government officials (cadre and non-cadre) in the various Indian states, Union Territories and Central Govt
